Shipping Terms and Conditions
Shipping will be processed in maximum 3(three) working days after we received the payment confirmation.

Working Days:
Monday – Sunday: 09.00 – 17.00

 

Please note that Mikoto is not responsible for damages from shipping (including but not limited to; delays, damage, or lost packages). Any issues or concerns arising from shipping should be directed to the shipping courier. However, Mikoto will help support any claims made to the shipping courier as best as possible.

 

Domestic Shipping
All of the domestic shipping is done by JNE courier service (www.jne.co.id). We offer the regular (REG) service and express (One Night Service) for JNE.

Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi)
JNE Regular : 3-4 Working Days
JNE YES : 1 Working Day*

Exchanges Terms and Conditions
Mikoto doesn’t do refund. However, we accept Exchange for sizes. If the size does not fit well, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help arrange the exchanging of sizes. The exchange is subject to the availability of the products. Please contact us at inquiries.mikoto@gmail.com, Subject: “Exchange” to discuss your options.
